Just went there and have never been so insulted in my life. After asking about my order, that was short by 5 pizzas, the manager ( who would not even give me his name) took a look at my receipt that printed and said that's all you got. I pulled up my email and he says that's not what they have again. So then proceeded to get an attitude with me and started telling the kids in there that he hates stupid and ignorant people. He also did this in front of a bunch of customers. I have never been so angry and appaled in my life!! He would not give me his name or corporate number. So tells you he was I. The wrong!!!
The pizza is always great and the ppl friendly. But we had a frustrating experience recently.
Had a BOGO coupon, and came to the store to be told it was only for online orders. My bad; I didn’t read the fine print.
So nbd; I sit down and try to place my order online, but it will not allow me to apply the coupon. Keeps saying it “doesn’t apply to specialty items.” Wasn’t ordering any specialty items; just basic large pizzas like the coupon indicated. After several minutes of going in circles, I gave up.
Felt it would have been a nice gesture for the store to honor the coupon at that point. I mean for goodness sake; is it really gonna hurt anybody if the order isn’t placed online? Smh
Superb. Never had a bad experience. The crew here is always willing to work with you. Never felt rushed or dealt with in an inpatient manner.
Few places measure up to this standard. They are willing to work with you on your pizza ideas be they poor or good. They are very fast and never stingy.
Horrible owner that is rude and doesn't know how to run a store. I ordered online and went to pick up my food and it wasn't ready. That's fine I will wait, but then after waiting 30 minutes I was told I needed to wait in line and let them know I was there so they can make my pizza even though I had a pick up time that was for 5 pm and now it's 5:30 pm. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the owner was at the register so I told him that this is ridiculous on how they run mobile orders and he yelled at me and asked me how I would do it. I gave him a few suggestions and he said that's not how it works here...obviously. I gave him my name so they can start my order and wait another 30 minutes to only find out that the owner pulled the wrong ticket. I really hope Papa Murphy's realize how awful this owner is for their brand. I miss their original owners and won't be back until the owner is gone.
The pizza was delicious and affordable and I appreciated being able to take it home and quickly heat it when I was ready. They also have a ton of variety or you can make your own!
